Campfire Tales

Building Organizational Culture through Storytelling

Sharing Stories, Building Bonds

Camp DLS, a summer-camp themed site culture initiative that I launched three years ago, offers a diverse range of activities to encourage team-building, including white water rafting, community-based volunteer projects, and arts and crafts. The Campfire Tales initiative leverages the existing camp structure to introduce a storytelling and team-building element. The project is centered around a series of facilitated sessions that combine storytelling prompts, group activities, and reflection exercises.

"Campfire Tales" is an optional, informal gathering held during one evening of Camp DLS. Participants are invited to gather around a campfire (or a designated cozy space indoors if weather does not permit) to share stories, listen to others, and enjoy the camaraderie of the camp setting.
